Who we are
payxem.shop is powered by Payxem Digital Portal, a Dubai
mainland company licensed by the Department of Economy and
Tourism, Dubai, UAE, with support from affiliated partners across
the regions we serve.
In these terms, we and us mean Payxem. You mean the person using
the site.
What payxem.shop is
payxem.shop is an online marketplace for digital products. Every
product listed here is created and sold by an independent seller.
We do not make, stock, resell or author any of it.
The seller sets the price, owns the work, and is the seller of
record for your purchase. Our role is to provide the shopfront,
take the payment, deliver the file and hold the seller to the rules
on this site.
Everything sold here is a digital file. Nothing physical is shipped.
Payxem is not a bank, a licensed financial institution or a payment
processor. Payments are handled by third party providers such as
PayPal and Stripe.
How these terms fit with Payxem's
If you hold a Payxem account, the
Payxem terms of service
govern that account, your wallet and your payouts. These terms
cover the marketplace itself.
Where the two overlap, the Payxem terms govern anything to do with
your account, balances and withdrawals, and these terms govern
buying, selling, listings, reviews and refunds on payxem.shop.
Who can use the marketplace
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority
where you live if that is higher, to buy on payxem.shop. Browsing
is open to anyone, but the products here are sold for adult and
business use.
You may not use the marketplace if you are subject to sanctions
that would prevent us from dealing with you, or if we have
previously closed your account.
Accounts and security
Buyer sign in is not open yet. When it is, you are responsible for
keeping your sign in details private and for anything done through
your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has
access to it.
You must give us an email address you actually control. Your
receipt, your download link and any refund correspondence go there,
so an address with a typo in it is the single most common reason a
buyer cannot reach their own purchase.
Automated mail from the marketplace, meaning your receipt, your
download link and any sign in link, is sent from
[email protected]. That address is not monitored,
so add it to your contacts and send anything you actually want
answered to
[email protected] instead.
Nobody from Payxem will ever email you asking for your password or
your full card number.
Buying and paying
- All prices are shown in US dollars.
- You pay the price on the listing and nothing else. There is no buyer fee, no service charge added at checkout and no surcharge for paying by card.
- Some listings show a reference price with a line through it beside the current price. That is the seller's stated full price for the product, shown for comparison. The amount you are charged is always the price without the line through it.
- Taxes, if any apply to you, are shown before you confirm.
- Your card issuer may charge you for a currency conversion. That charge is theirs, not ours.
- A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. Until then, nothing is reserved and no file is released.
- We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, where fraud is suspected, or where the listing turns out to breach our rules. If we cancel after taking payment, you are refunded in full.
Delivery and downloads
Delivery is instant. As soon as payment is confirmed you get a
download link.
- Download links are single use and expire 30 minutes after they are issued.
- Each order allows up to 5 downloads. If you run out for a genuine reason, write to us and we will raise the limit or reissue the link.
- Paid files are stored privately. They are released only against a real purchase, never left on a public link.
- We log the download so that a delivered order can be evidenced. See the privacy policy.
If delivery fails and reissuing does not fix it, you are entitled to
a refund under the returns and refunds policy.
What you may do with a file you bought
Buying a product on payxem.shop buys you a licence to use it. It
does not transfer ownership of the work, and it does not give you
the right to sell it on.
Unless the listing says otherwise, you may
- Use the file for yourself, or inside your own business.
- Keep your own copies and backups.
- Edit, adapt or fill in a template for your own use.
- Use the output. A CV you built from a template, or a report from a calculator, is yours.
You may not
- Resell, relist, sublicence or give away the file itself.
- Upload it to a file sharing site, a group chat, a course or any other place people can get it from.
- Share your download link with anyone.
- Present the seller's work as your own creation.
- Strip out a seller's name, credit or licence text.
- Use it to build a competing product that is substantially the same file.
A seller may offer a wider licence, for example a commercial or
extended licence, on the listing itself. Where a listing states its
own licence terms, those terms apply on top of this section, and
anything the listing grants you is yours to use.
This licence lasts as long as you keep the product. It ends if the
purchase is refunded, or if we close your account for breaking
these terms.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the
returns and refunds policy, which forms part
of these terms. In short, a downloaded file cannot be returned, so
there is no change of mind window, but we do refund a file that is
broken, undelivered, double charged or genuinely not as described,
on request within 48 hours.
That standard applies across the whole marketplace. A seller cannot
publish a stricter rule of their own.
Reviews and ratings
A rating on this site is meant to tell you something true, so the
review system is deliberately narrow.
- Only a buyer who has actually paid for a product can review it. There is no way to leave a review without a completed purchase on record.
- One review per buyer per product. You can update yours, not stack them.
- A star average is calculated from the reviews on record. Nothing is seeded, estimated or filled in by us. A product with no reviews shows no stars at all, rather than a flattering placeholder.
- Reviews are shown with the buyer's first name and last initial. Your full name and email address are never published.
- If your purchase is refunded, your review for that product comes down with it.
What gets a review removed
- Abuse, harassment, discrimination or threats.
- Personal information about anyone, yours or someone else's.
- Advertising, referral links or a pitch for another product.
- Content that has nothing to do with the product, including complaints about a delivery problem we could have fixed.
- Anything a seller paid for, incentivised or wrote themselves.
We remove reviews under these rules and can suspend the accounts
involved. We will not remove a review simply because the seller
disliked it, and sellers cannot pay to have a rating changed or
hidden. Sellers may report a review, and may reply to one when
replies open.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you allow us to
show it on the marketplace and in search results.
Things you may not do here
- Buy with a card or account you are not authorised to use.
- Buy, download and dispute repeatedly, or otherwise abuse the refund process.
- Scrape, copy or republish the catalogue, listings, images or reviews.
- Try to reach a paid file without paying for it, or share a way for others to do so.
- Probe, overload or interfere with the site, its interfaces or its storage.
- Upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to damage a device.
- Impersonate another person, a seller or Payxem.
- Use the site to launder money, to fund anything illegal, or in breach of the laws that apply to you.
Copyright and takedown requests
We take copyright seriously, and we would rather hear from you than
have you find your work being sold here.
If you believe a product on payxem.shop infringes your copyright,
your trademark or another right you hold, email
[email protected] with
Copyright claim in the subject line and include:
- The link to the listing.
- What the work is, and evidence that you own it or act for the owner.
- Why you believe the listing infringes it.
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement that the information you have given is accurate.
We review claims and can unpublish a listing while we do. We tell
the seller what was claimed and give them a chance to respond, and
we may reinstate the listing if the response settles it. Sellers who
infringe repeatedly lose their store permanently.
Every file uploaded to the marketplace is fingerprinted, and a file
already listed by a different seller is refused at upload. That
stops the most straightforward kind of relisting before it reaches
a takedown request.
Listings are written by sellers
Product titles, descriptions, images and claims are written by the
seller. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it appears, and
nothing goes live automatically, but a review is not a guarantee.
We do not verify professional claims, and nothing sold here is
advice from us. A tax template, a visa guide or a finance
calculator is the seller's work and the seller's view. Check
anything that matters against the official source before you rely
on it.
If a listing is wrong, misleading or unsafe, tell us and we will
look at it. That is what the refund policy and the takedown process
are for.
Availability and changes
payxem.shop is in preview. Browsing is open, checkout and seller
stores open shortly. Features described on this site may arrive,
change or be withdrawn.
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of
errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we
may add or remove products and stores.
What we will not do is take away a file you have already bought.
If a seller closes their store, your purchase stands and your access
to it stays. The only exception is a product removed because it
infringed somebody's rights or was unsafe, in which case we refund
you.
Liability
The marketplace is provided as is and as available.
We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality or
fitness for your purpose of a product created by a seller, beyond
the refund commitments we make in the
refunds policy.
We are not liable for losses caused by a third party payment
provider, by your own device or software, by loss of data outside
our reasonable control, or by your use of information contained in a
product you bought.
Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to
the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability
that cannot be limited by the law that applies to you.
Suspension and closure
We may restrict, suspend or close access to the marketplace where
these terms are broken, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where
a payment provider or the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to
do so, we tell you why.
You can stop using the marketplace at any time. Closing a Payxem
account is covered in the
Payxem privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and
the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the
courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a
protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live
in.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always
shows the current version, and continuing to use the marketplace
after a change means you accept it. For an order, the terms that
apply are the ones published on the day you bought.
