Quick answers
Can I get a refund on a file I downloaded?
Not for a change of mind, because you keep the file. Yes if it is broken, undelivered, charged twice or genuinely not what the listing described. Ask within 48 hours. The full detail is in the refund policy.
What do I actually own after buying?
A licence to use the file, for yourself or inside your own business. Not the right to resell it or pass it on. See what you may do with a file you bought.
Do you track me?
No advertising pixels, no analytics scripts and no cookies for browsing. Your cart is held in your own browser and never reaches us. See the privacy policy.
Are the star ratings real?
Only a buyer with a completed purchase can leave one, a product with no reviews shows no stars rather than a placeholder, and no seller can pay to have a rating changed. See reviews and ratings.
What does it cost to sell here?
One commission of 9 percent plus 35 cents per sale, all in. No listing fee, no monthly fee, and we pay the card processor out of our own share. See commission and what you keep.
